Community
A diverse community has grown at Jack Henry around our shared usage of Responsive UI, including developers, designers, BAs, and other product team members.
Community members share their questions and requests for Responsive UI, and even help answer other teams’ questions.
Support
Join the Responsive UI team in Microsoft Teams to connect with the community:
- The General channel is for general questions and conversations about responsive UI.
- The Enhancement Requests channel is for requesting new responsive UI features.
- The Bug Reports channel is for reporting responsive UI bugs.
- The Design channel is for design-related questions and conversations.
Guidelines for support requests
When you post a request for support in Microsoft Teams, please provide the following information so we can help you faster:
- Your product name
- The version of the components that you’re currently using
- Whether you’re using the web components or the Angular components
- For bug reports: detailed steps on how to reproduce the issue
- For enhancement requests: details on your specific use case
- Screen shots illustrating your topic
Where possible, please cover only one topic in each Teams post to help keep threads manageable.
Supported browsers
Responsive UI supports the latest versions of the following browsers:
- Chrome
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)
- Safari on iOS
- Xperience
Responsive UI does not support the Microsoft Edge Legacy browser. Microsoft support for that browser ended March 9, 2021.
Users can download the Chromium-based version of Edge for free from here.
